Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order a single item if you wish and we will embroider it to your specification.

Can I have embroidery in more than one position?

Yes. You can have your embroidery positioned anywhere on the garment, including the sleeves, and you can have embroidery in more than one position if you wish. For example, you might have your logo on the front and your web address on the sleeve of a polo shirt.

Do I have to order all the same size or colour?

Your order can include mixed sizes and mixed colours, even mixed garment types. We can embroider the same logo onto a range of sizes of polo shirts, business shirts, sweatshirts, hats, trousers, whatever you require.

Can my items be personalised?

In addition to your logo or other generic embroidery, we can personalise your workwear or sportswear with individual names or numbers.

My sports team doesn’t have a logo. Can you design one for us?

We can create a design for you that can be embroidered onto your new team kit. Just tell us about any ideas you have for your logo, for example colours or symbols you might want to use, and we’ll do the rest.

I only have a couple of members of staff. Will it not be too expensive to provide them with embroidered workwear?

Our embroidery facility has been specifically designed to provide maximum flexibility. That, combined with new digital technology, means that small orders are far more economical than you might think. We frequently embroider just a few items, even one-offs, so don’t be put off; you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the price!

Can you embroider “unusual” items?

We can embroider anything that we can put a needle through! Most of our orders are for workwear, sportswear or leisure wear, but we have embroidered some pretty unusual thing, so just ask – we can usually source any item you need.

Just wanted to say thank you for the very small job you did for me this week. It must be the least profitable job you have ever done but i really want to broadcast your sterling efforts far and wide.

I firmly believe that a company can be judged on the way it handles the small things. It demonstrates how much they care about their customers. If they care enough to rush through a job on which they will make nothing then I, for one, would trust them with any job because I know it will be done right and if there was a problem, it would be put right. That is everything I want from a supplier.

Rest assured that I will promote your company whenever the opportunity arises.
